Birds begin to chirp merrily outside of windows, and the loud buzz of air conditioning lulls me into a gentle cool sleep. School children anxiously wait till the last minutes of the school year ticks away for freedom. My year long dreams of burying my feet in the sand become a picturesque reality. In this time of longer days, more free time, warm weather, and vacations, I compile a list of books to keep me focused during the long summer haul. A side note: I suggest that writing a list either on paper, Google Docs, or Microsoft word is a good idea for your own book list!
